The MasterChef Australia magic continued at home for plenty of you and the results for May are in. Taking home $200 in Coles vouchers is Rhonda So of UM with another stroke of pastry perfection: sourdough croissants.
Rhonda said: “I had a mature sourdough starter but no instant yeast, felt like a croissant but didn’t want to head to the shops, had a heap of time on my hands but I wanted to do something productive.”
An honourable mention also goes to Jessykah Florido of Initiative for her slow-cooked beef ragu with pappardelle.
